Every cheese will be accompanied by a brief description and notes to assist in creating interesting and complimentary flavour profiles. Before sending, each cheese is carefully wrapped in our beautiful wax paper to maintain the taste and quality for longer. Each box will contain approximately 600g of cheese.

A fully matured cheddar, Montgomery is made by traditional methods in North Somerset by James Montgomery. This cheddar is as good as it gets, sometimes you may find a bit of blue in these ultra-traditional cheddars. This is quite normal, and the cheese may even be tastier because of it.
This beautiful Welsh blue has a creamy texture yet full of that classic blue flavour you would expect from a blue veined cheese.
Tunworth is a very British Camembert! A soft, white-rinded cheese wonderfully reminiscent of its French cousin. It has a smooth silky texture and a full rich taste that is sweet and nutty with full length of flavour.
A World Cheese Awards Gold winner. Rachel is a semi hard, washed rind, goats’ cheese that has a mellowed yet moreish flavour.
One of those classic cheeses that always deserves a place on the cheese board. Cornish Yarg is a crumbly milky cheese that is wrapped in nettles to give it its distinctive colour and flavour. A relatively young cheese it has lovely citrus notes and a fresh taste on the palette. A great one for rounding off this cheese board.
